Flexibility of Cancellation

CHALLENGE

A luxury ski resort in Aspen was booking a variety of DJs and musicians themselves. Due to the size of their entertainment program, the administrative work involved placed a large burden on the hotel management team. This frequently created stress for the hotel management, notably when there were venue buyouts on property and hotel managers had to navigate the disparate cancellation policies many of these performers had in place.
