While working with a talent agency that provided musicians for their entertainment program, one of Washington, D.C.’s flagship hotels felt that they were overpaying. Additionally, many of the artists had different pricing, which made it very difficult for the hotel manager to effectively plan the entertainment budget. This created a lot of extra work and stress for the hotel team.
SOLUTION
MHW Live Music was able to optimize the entertainment budget by setting a standard price for every consistent activation in line with the true market rate. This not only made entertainment planning much easier but also allowed the hotel to add additional performances within the pre-existing budget.
