One of Georgia’s most famous luxury resorts was managing its entertainment program in-house and struggled to identify what style of music or ensemble would work best for each outlets. Hotel staff wanted a 5-star guest experience, but lacked the required expertise in live entertainment to make informed decisions.

SOLUTION

MHW Live Music was engaged to manage the hotel’s entertainment program. First, MHW’s expert consultant visited the property and advised the hotel team about entertainment styles, staging logistics, and optimal use of budget. MHW then implemented the approved program, contracting top local musicians to perform at each outlet, without any day-to-day involvement (or stress) required from the hotel staff.
