Accurate Entertainment Calendar

CHALLENGE

A historic luxury hotel in New Orleans was managing its entertainment program in-house. F&B managers struggled to communicate the entertainment schedule to other hotel team members because there was no standard format for booking and scheduling.  On any given day, managers didn’t know which musician was supposed to show up. What’s more, the hotel’s Marketing Department was unable to promote the activations on social media or to the hotel guests in house, because they didn’t have access to a standardized calendar.

SOLUTION

MHW Live Music was engaged to manage the hotel’s entire entertainment program. The hotel team has access to MHW’s cloud-based Live Calendar, which is accessible on mobile and desktop. The Live Calendar shows all scheduled performances on property, social media links, and other relevant information that the Marketing  Department uses to create social media posts and printed material to attract hotel guests and locals to the entertainment activations.
