CHALLENGE

A 5-star luxury golf resort in Arizona struggled to book the entertainment as most performers could not comply with vendor insurance requirements. Vendor approval for dozens of sole proprietor musicians and DJs was a hassle and created many hours of administrative burden on hotel staff. In addition, performers would often cancel at the last minute, leaving hotel F&B management in the lurch.

SOLUTION

The resort outsourced the management of its entire entertainment program to MHW Live Music. This has reduced administrative burden on hotel staff by dozens of hours per month, and allowed the hotel to obtain the highest quality local performers. MHW Live Music is now the hotel’s sole vendor for entertainment activations, and MHW’s certificate of insurance complies with corporate insurance requirements
